HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Your order should be delivered within 4-7 business days for all Australian Capital Cities. Please allow additional 1-2 business days for rural areas.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS OF SHIPPING?

Shipping is free on all orders of $75 AUD or over within Australia.

Orders below $75 AUD are charged a flat delivery rate of $14 AUD within Australia.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.


WHAT ABOUT LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS?

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Products purchased on this website can only be delivered within Australia.

If you are based overseas, but can’t bear to live without your favorite Skeyndor products, we are happy to assist you. Simply call our Customer Service team, Vogue Image Group on 1800 554 545 from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm AEST or Email customerservice@skeyndoraustralia.com your order with products, quanitiy amounts & your shipping address (please indicate whether you are an Australian Resident or not).

Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
